Outdoor Gear Barn understands customers expect and deserve quick and efficient shipping at reasonable rates. That is why we make it a top priority to ensure orders placed before 12:00 PM EST M-F ship the same day! Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST will ship out on the following business day. Both warehouses ship orders Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and all major holidays. We ship domestically within the United States ONLY. We do NOT ship international, which includes Canada.

We now have shipping agreements with UPS and FedEx. All of our shipments from Warehouse A will ship to you via UPS. All rates are based on UPS posted shipping rates. We add no additional markup! All shipping fees from Warehouse A are calculated from our warehouse located in Shreveport, LA. Please Note: Per UPS, they do not guarantee 2 day delivery; they will only guarantee overnight delivery. Here are the shipping rates available via UPS:

Shipping Restrictions

Shipping Policies

Shipping Fees
Shipping fees are non-refundable once the shipping service requested by the customer has been rendered by the shipping company. Please take this into consideration prior to placing your order on this Site.

NOTE: In cases where an item becomes unavailable prior to shipping, Outdoor Gear Barn will take necessary steps to fill the order from one of its remaining warehouses. Additionally, if filling an order from a warehouse in close proximity to the final shipping address will result in a speeder delivery Outdoor Gear Barn will fill the order from the alternative warehouse. In such cases, any additional cost in shipping or merchandise is absorbed by Outdoor Gear Barn. We do NOT adjust shipping charges after the sale is final.

Freight Forwarding Companies
Due to potential liability, we will not ship products to freight forwarding companies. If it is determined that the shipping address is a freight forwarding company, the order will be cancelled. Your money will be refunded to you, less a 5% handing fee.

Lost Shipments
If you do not receive your shipment, contact Outdoor Gear Barn customer service at 888.583.4327.  We will call UPS and/or FedEx to start the investigation process.  UPS and/or FedEx will contact you for additional information.  We cannot ship you a replacement order or process a refund until we receive the investigation results from UPS and/or FedEx.   This process can take from 3 – 6 weeks depending on the time of year. Once we receive the final results of the investigation, you will be notified.

Re-Delivery of Shipments
UPS/FedEx does reserve the right to not deliver a package to an address they deem a problem area or a known area which have had packages stolen before. UPS/FedEx will attempt to deliver your package to the shipping address provided three times. If UPS/FedEx cannot deliver the package, your order will automatically be shipped back to the appropriate warehouse. You are responsible for any additional shipping charges if you want your order re-shipped to you again.

PO Boxes
Please ensure you provide us with a complete street address when entering your shipping address. UPS/FedEx will NOT deliver to a P.O. box destination. If you enter a P.O. box our customer service department will need to make the correction prior to shipping which could delay shipment.

Note: Every order is subject to restrictions that are posted on our website. Please be aware of these restrictions as they change frequently. If there are any problems with your order concerning restrictions that may apply, you will be notified.
